Ruffin Events & Decor, LLC is a full service event planning and decor company that specialize in small intimate to large elegant weddings.  In additional to weddings we also plan and coordinate Baby Showers, Birthday Parties, Anniversaries, Backyard BBQs, Reunions, and Kid Parties from the beginning to the end.
